Bruno Mars' 24K Magic World Tour Bruno Mars' 24K Magic World Tour is the ongoing concert tour by American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars, in support of his third studio album, 24K Magic (2016). The tour began on March 28, 2017 in Antwerp, Belgium and is set to conclude in November 2018 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Background Mars announced the tour on November 3, 2016, after the conclusion of his successful Moonshine Jungle World Tour. Along with the tour announcement, Mars also unveiled the tour's opening acts: D.R.A.M., Ella Mai and BJ the Chicago Kid. He described 24K Magic World Tour as "A brand new show, new cities, improved production and a few more surprises up my sleeve". Concert synopsis The show begins with a big band introduction, followed by Mars performing "24K Magic", "Finesse" and "Perm" with a live band. He then performs a medley of his older hits, including "Locked Out of Heaven", "Treasure", "Marry You" and "Runaway Baby". After the medley, he performs "Calling All My Lovelies" and "Chunky". He then sings a tribute to Prince, Michael Jackson and James Brown, incorporating snippets of "Kiss", "The Way You Make Me Feel" and "Sex Machine" into his own song "Uptown Funk". After the tribute, he performs "Versace on the Floor", "Straight Up & Down" and "That's What I Like". The second set is a funk-jam session, in which the band performs songs from the 70s and 80s such as "Play That Funky Music" by Wild Cherry, "Brick House" by The Commodores and "Ain't Nobody" by Chaka Khan. After the funk-jam session, he performs "When I Was Your Man", "Grenade" and "Just the Way You Are". He then ends the show with "Runaway Baby" and "Uptown Funk".
