Overview The Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) proposes to reconstruct the existing FM 3180 from SH 105 to FM 3083 in Montgomery County. The proposed project would include reconstructing FM 3180 to a two-lane asphalt roadway with 8-foot wide shoulders in the existing right-of-way. In addition, the proposed project would include the addition of sidewalk on one side of the roadway and a shared-use path on the opposite side of the roadway. The proposed project would also include the relocation of utility and communication lines. The proposed project would require approximately 2.6 acres of additional right-of-way. All proposed right-of-way and easements would be acquired in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 and the Texas Transportation Code.
