B.G. B.G. (born Christopher Dorsey on September 3, 1980)[1] is an American rapper from the Magnolia Projects in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is the leader of the group Hot Boys and a former member of the Cash Money Records. Hot Boys In 1996, at the age of 16, B.G. was added to Cash Money Records, and was featured on the labels first major release, "Get It How U Live", which sold over 500,000 copies. B.G. formed the group Hot Boys with Juvenile, Lil Wayne and Turk. The group released several albums between 1997 and 2001. Solo career In 1999, B.G. released his solo debut album, Chopper City in the Ghetto. The album was a success, debuting at #2 on the Billboard 200, and he later released four other solo albums, including 2006's Too Hood 2 Be Hollywood.
